So one of my guilty pleasures this summer has been watching "America's Got Talent". Some of the acts are pretty impressive, some... well not so much. One of the acts that I don't get why everyone loves so much is Drew Stevyns. I personally think the guys voice is mediocre at best and don't see anything really special about him. there are much more talented singer/guitarists right here in Northestern Wisconsin.

That being said, what irratated me the most about his performance last night was the fact that after Drew got done singing Careless Whisper last night, The Hoff, said he loves Duaghtry and the way he did that song. IT WASN'T DAUGHTRY, HOFF, IT WAS SEETHER. These guys are judging a talent show and don't even know who is doing the current versions of these songs. Drew didn't make this song his own, he just covered the way Seether did it. To me, that is not having talent, it is singing karaoke! That is why I don't watch American Idol.
